Collection: Rotary Drilling Rigs

Our store has models such as rotary drilling rigs in its inventory, then it can be assumed it can have anything. Some people do not even know what type of machinery it is. I certainly never had seen one before entering China. Everybody knows what an excavator looks like.  Everyone knows what a crane looks like and what it does. Finally, of course, the whole world knows what a car is. A rotary drilling rig however, is construction equipment that is used far less because of the type of work that it does. Its function is to drill deep holes in the for the foundation of tall buildings and bridges. Pipes are laid deep in the ground as well as electrical “plumbing.”  Below is a quick introduction of what one is and does:

Die-cast models of rotary drilling rigs are sturdy enough but not to be played with as a toy like a child would. Owners of these models certainly can move the parts and check how they work like a collector with this hobby would do. They come in mostly 1:35, 1:64  and 1:50 scales. We boxed them well from the post to the  post. So there should not have a problem with delivery.
